Which is more difficult to achieve, physical fitness or intellectual fitness?

Generally academics is considered a more impressive acheivement. Yet I see many academically acheived people with double chins. So maybe for them physical fitness is more difficult to strive for than intellectual acheivement.
I believe physical fitness is the more admirable of the two. Yes I guess you have a point about the distinction between intellectual acheivement and
academics. Doesn’t sound like a very
interesting discussion, however.

They both require systematic effort which is similar. There is a vast difference between intellectual fitness and academic intellectual achievement the latter relies on memorization and political a**kissing while the former requires actual thinking.
