Um well lol, the biggest arguement is that every other system in the body relies on the cardiovascular system. The heart delivers blood and oxygen to the entire body. Having that means that the muscles get more blood/oxygen to grow stronger and can be used more efficiently in the workout. It means the body can recover quicker too. A healthy cardiovascular system can increase the body’s VO2max as well which means the body has an increased level of physicall fitness too.
