Creatine definately helps you sprint better. It provides more energy for your muscles which allows you to recover better between sprints. If you’re talking about American football though, you don’t have to be very fit for that. There are so many frequent stoppages that cardiovascular fitness isn’t really tested during a game. Unlike rugby.

Stop with the rugby CRAP all right? Ok back to the question. Simply take muscle milk after a workout. You could also take creatine before a game or before a workout for better results.

you should take 5g creatine with sweet fruit juice before one hour of workout/groung and protein shake after half an hrof ground
