If you cant pass your inital PT test before you are shipped off to Navy boot camp. Well you wont goto navy boot cmap until you do.

If you pass the inital test i odnt see how you could fail it when they make you do it again when you get there.

But once there if you fail it, they will push you harder and re test you agian 2 weeks later. They will than try again, if you fail again they train you for one more week, if you suck still your sent packing.

But in all honesty navy boot camp inital training aint that hard.

Here in Australia inital pt prior to boot camp arrival is 6.1 beep test, which works out to be 1km, done in under 6 minutes.

I was looking at the navy, but have moved forward with the army, even know there pre-boot cmap standard is way higher than the navy.

Also practise your swimming strokes.

The Navy PRT minimum is ridiculously easy to pass. If you can’t get a sat high on all three required exercises, you need to evaluate whether you’re ready for military service.
