What do you think is better for all-round physical fitness? Team sports or jogging?

Well, if you do team sports you’ll end up having to do jogs as part as training, so I’d go with that one
it is going to depend on frequency. whichever you will actually do more often
I have always found insulting a sports team and having to jog away from them really quickly an affective way to maintain fitness.
