what are the physical fitness requirements for a women in the navy reserves?

Here you go:

The standards for the Reserves are the same as for Active Duty.

Since you have a child, do you also have a non-military spouse living with you? If not, you may be required to surrender legal custody of your child before you will be allowed to join.

You can cut straight to the source. Go to the website below and look up the Physical Fitness Instruction. It is dependent on your age, and the standards are the same for Active Duty and Reserves. OPNAVINST 6110.1H
