We are doing a Physical Fitness test soon in PE class?

Our gym teacher said if it is raining tomorrow, then we are doing our fitness test, but it isn’t gonna rain, so we are doing flag football outside. However, we need to do it some point, maybe this week, and we have to do pull ups (I can’t do those!), and he has to see how many pushups, situps we can do, and do the meter run. I don’t wan’t to do it, I am afraid people will make fun because I am not good doing pull ups. I wanna get it over with though! Help!

i cant do them either, just tell him, sir, i cant do any, but i will try for your sake. and then you try and you wont do any and he will tell you to move on. so no biggie. no one really cares if you can do them or not, even if they do laugh. I mean honestly, ppl dont go around *hey i can do 25 pull ups! How about you?* that is unless thats all they got going for them!

Oh man i am so glad i am permanently done with gym :)
Luckily at my school we only need to take gym once, and that is freshman year for like 9 weeks!

So im a sophomore now, So im done with that thank the lord lol.

Anyways dont worry about what people think (easier said than done right?)

and you will get credit for trying hopefully.

dont worry i have to too lol i do it twice though 1 in fall 1 in spring.dont compete with players just be the best you can

I hated gym class. I couldn’t do one single pull up to save my life! Seriously…if saving my life meant pulling myself up from a free-hanging bar on the side of a skyscraper, i’d just let go and pray that I pass out before I explode on the sidewalk below.

Forget what everyone thinks of you–after high school, it isn’t going to make ANY difference in the real world.

no one really cares how many pull ups u can do. Alot of ppl suck at it.

It’s okay, just get it over with. I consider you lucky because right now we are ding fitness testing at my school. We have to do a bunch of tests. For some of them we have to to see how many we can do like sit ups, push ups, pulls, and we have to run the pacer test. The pacer test is when you run back and forth across the gym as many times as you cam. A CD plays and if you don’t get to the line before the beep your done and you have to record your score. Today we did the mile run. We still have to do the mile walk. You ARE lucky. You really don’t have much to do. Oh we also have to weigh ourselves, check our heigth AND body composition.

So you are really lucky, my p.e teacher decided that we would do the mile/meter run on the third day of school, i had never even seen the guy until the first day! Im on the heavier side and can’t do pullups if my life depended on it. We also did the pushups and situps on the fourth day. People wont make fun of you and if they do just move on you cant help that you arent good at something. I want to get the physical fitness test over so quickly and dont ever want to do it. I hope i helped!

omg! I love flag football. in my pe class were starting w/ softball. to easy and too boring..
