Z is Santa asked: Our gym teacher said if it is raining tomorrow, then we are doing our fitness test, but it isn’t gonna rain, so we are doing flag football outside. However, we need to do it some point, maybe this week, and we have to do pull ups (I can’t do those!), and he has to see how many pushups, situps we can do, and do the meter run. I don’t wan’t to do it, I am afraid people will make fun because I am not good doing pull ups. I wanna get it over with though! Help!

Mario C asked: Ok I do PT with my unit MWF. I need to improve my running by about 1-2 minutes. I also like to run on a treadmill in my university wellness center. Would it be benificial if I ran both on a track and on the treadmill throughout the week? Whenever I run on a treadmill I run longer and I also do some weight training as well.
