all physical standards are the same no matter what your community is..Officer or enlisted. weight standards are based on gender, height and age and the PRT requirements( Run, situps and pushups) also vary by age and gender.
These are the requirements to graduate from Navy OCS
1.5 Mile Run: 12 minutes (max.)
Push-ups: 42 in two minutes
Sit-ups: 50 in two minutes
F’n joke if you ask me.
The same as for every other 28 yr old in the Navy.
Go to the link below.
You do not have to go through OCS if you join the JAG corps. Instead, you will go through three week training called ODS (Officer Development School).
When you are finally commissioned as an officer, you will be subject to the same fitness requirements as any other officer. The fitness and height/weight requirements can be found at the following website:.
Good luck.
