My coach said that our team’s weakness is our endurance, and I’d like to build my fitness over the summer. I’ve decided to start off by running 20 minutes on an eliptical machine at about 60 RPMs, for about a week. Next week, I’ll go for 30 minutes. I’ll gradually work my way up to an hour. Do you think this will help build my endurance?

In this test we have to run a mile, we also have to run 600 yards, we have to do sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, and the V-reach.
